At Hamdan Sports Complex we offer swimming lessons for those who aree confident to swim in deep water and are interested in improving their swimming techniques or joining the swim squad.
The Learn to Swim Program includes the Stroke School levela and the Swim Squad sessions start from the Mini Squad level up to Advanced Squad. 

We offer free assessment for new swimmers who are not sure which program will be the right one for them!

The swimming term will run for 12 weeks with classes taking place each week. Classes are sold on a termly basis, so swimmers can choose to attend once, twice or more times per week for the whole term.

Swim Squad packages can choose to join a single term package or a long term package. The long term packages will cover 2 terms as well as the holiday classes. All packages are sold on a termly basis. Swimmers can choose to attend once, twice or more times per week for the whole term. When booking, you will be able to select the day you want to join the class from the available days. The long term package, is valid to be used at multiple locations per week and after purchasing the package, our Admin Staff will contact you to setup your desired training days. 

All classes booked will be pro rata until the end of the term.
