The Intermediate & Improvers level is for swimmers who are comfortable to be in deep water and can swim independetly, but would like to learn how to improve their strokes and skills in the water.

Survival skills such as treading water are introduced and the level aims to make swimmers comfortable in the deep end of the pool. 

Swimmers will practise the frontcrawl, backstroke, breaststroke and the butterfly kick is introduced at this level.
