12-WEEK TERM

Mini Squad is the first level of the Squad Program and at this level, swimmers will learn about competitive swimming. The lessons will work on improving all four strokes and helping the swimmer improve their stamina through repetition of training exercises. Swimmers at this level will practise all four strokes as well as the individual medley to create a strong competitive swimming foundation.

Swimmers will take part in races against teammates and should take part in all Club Galas.

MINI SQUAD - LESSON SCHEDULE

Mini Squad Swimmers have the option of selecting a regular term package of 12 weeks or a long term package which will include Term 2, Spring Holiday Sessions and Term 3, a total of 26 weeks. These long term packages can be purchased from our online package page. Once you have bought a package our Admin Staff will be in touch with you regarding your swimmer's schedule.

Fees (Incl. VAT)

The Mini Squad term fee package includes a Squad Registration fee of 190 AED, this will include the new High Performance Sports Club Team Kit which must be worn to all training sessions and swimming competitions.
