ABOUT THE INTENSIVE SWIM SQUAD WORKSHOP

The Intensive Swim Squad Workshop will focus on teaching competitive swim stroke techniques. During the workshop swimmers will work on all strokes, skills, speed and endurance in the water. They will also get the chance to learn about swimming theory and understand why certain movements are involved in the technqiue and how these motions affect their swimming. Using this knowledge, swimmers will practise various drills to work on improving their speed and skills in the pool.

As an Intensive Swim Squad Workshop, swimmers will also learn how to mentally prepare for competitions, gain more confidence in their abilities, and improve their overall swimming technique.
