Weekly swimming lessons at various locations
Stroke School combines the Stroke Correction and Pre Squad level together. In these classes, swimmers will focus on improving all four strokes and will learn more drills to improve their swimming techniques and skills in the pool.
Lessons duration: 60 minutes
Equipment needed: Kickboard and Training Fins
Class size; 10 swimmers per teacher
