Please note;

All swimmers must arrive at the pool side 10 minutes before each training session to allow time for stretching and warm up and to be ready to go into the water on time.

Equipment must be brought to each swimming session.

Dry Land Sessions

HPSC dry land activities run at Hamdan Sports Complex every

Saturday- 10:00 – 10.45 AM

During these session we teach all swimmers stretching and strength exercises which need to be  done before each training session  and talk about a good balanced diet for swimmers.

Please bring a soft exercise mat and wear good fitting trainers for this sessions and water to drink.

It is important for all swimmers to attend these sessions to learn about how to strengthen the muscles for each stroke , flexibility, balance and what the best diet is for a swimmer.

All swimmers need to arrive 15 minutes before each training session for stretch exercises.
