CONFIDENT BEGINNERS - DUNECREST SCHOOL
Learning the Basics
This level is suitable for children who are confident in the water and are ready to learn the basic movements required to be able to advance to learning the proper swim strokes, such as learning to breath, streamline position and basic arm rotations.

INTERMEDIATE - DUNECREST SCHOOL
Progressing the Skills
In this level, swimmers will work on progressing their basic stroke movements to an intermediate level with lots of swim practice. Swimmers will continue practicing in the shallow and deep end of the pool and at the end of the level be able to swim one length independently.

Developing the Strokes
As swimmers become stronger in the water, classes will now start to focus on improving the swimming style with proper swimming technique. Swimmers will also start to improve their skills such as starts and dives.

Advancing the Strokes
As the final level of our Learn to Swim Program, Swimmers will be working to enhance all four strokes and continually develop their swimming skills. Swimmers will be increasing the distance they swim in the lessons, learning to do continous laps.

MINI SQUAD - DUNECREST SCHOOL
Introduction to Competitive Swimming
The Mini Squad is the first level of our Swim Squad and swimmers will continously practice all four strokes and swimming skills. As their swimming develops, swimmers will start to be invited to swimming compeitions and learn how to take part.

SWIM SQUAD - DUNECREST SCHOOL
Strokes, Skills, Speed and Stamina
The Swim Squad is for swimmers who would like to advance their swimming journey to the next level and take part in more swimming competitions. Swim Squad swimmers will train on a regular basis, covering all four strokes, swim skills to develop their speed and stamina in the water.

Our coaches will assess the swimmers ability and skills in the pool and then reccomend the level that is most suitable.
SWIMMING LESSON FEES
Classes are sold on a termly basis. Swimmers can choose to attend once, twice or more times per week for the whole term. When booking, you will be able to select the day you want to join the class from the available days.
All classes booked will be pro rata until the end of the term.
