In this session, the most well known stroke - the Freestyle/Frontcrawl - will be covered. Side breathing, correct body position and drills will be taught. 

In the Backstroke class, swimmers will learn how to correctly hold their body position on their back as well as learn how to avoid hitting the wall.

This class will cover the intricacies of the Breaststoke technique, how to time the stroke to get the most effective movement.

One of the harderst strokes, this lesson will cover the Butterfly and help swimmers who are interested to learn how to improve their Butterfly stroke.

In this lesson all four strokes will be reviewed. Our coaches will give pointers on how to improve your technique overall.

This session will be fitness focused, where the aim is to swim a high number of lengths to improve the overall cardiovascular fitness.

For ladies who would like to learn how to swim or improve their swim skills, we have a dedicated ladies only hour every Saturday morning.
